Guest Arrival
4:00 PM
Please plan to arrive between 4:00 PM and 4:20 PM so everyone is comfortably seated before the ceremony begins.
You'll have time to greet family and friends, find your seat, and settle in before the festivities begin.
Wedding Ceremony
4:30 PM
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM.
A live string quartet will perform throughout the ceremony, creating a beautiful and intimate atmosphere.
We kindly ask that everyone silence their phones and enjoy this special moment with us.

Cocktail Hour
Approximately 5:00 PM
Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour.
Enjoy:

* Beer, wine, and champagne
* Time to visit with family and friends
This is also a great opportunity for us to take a few family and wedding party photographs before joining everyone at the reception.
Dinner
Approximately 6:00 PM
Dinner will be served while soft background music plays.
We hope you'll enjoy great food, good conversation, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Grand Entrance
After dinner, we'll make our grand entrance into the reception.
We're looking forward to celebrating with all of you as the evening transitions into the reception festivities.
Speeches
We'll hear a few brief words from:

We promise to keep this portion heartfelt, meaningful, and concise so we can get back to celebrating.
First Dance
We'll share our first dance together as husband and wife.
After about a minute, we'd love for everyone to join us on the dance floor.
No experience required—just come have fun!
Dancing
The dance floor will be open for the remainder of the evening.
Whether you dance all night or just for a song or two, we hope you'll celebrate with us.
Cake
Instead of a traditional cake-cutting ceremony, our wedding cake will be available for guests to serve themselves after dinner.
Please help yourself whenever you're ready for dessert.
Photo Slideshow
Throughout the reception, the venue television(s) will display a slideshow featuring photographs from our lives together.
The slideshow includes childhood memories, family, friends, vacations, dating, our engagement, and other meaningful moments. You'll also see a few surprise prerecorded messages woven into the presentation.
Feel free to enjoy it whenever you'd like during the evening.
Drinks
Our reception will feature:

* Non-alcoholic beverages
Please celebrate responsibly, and don't hesitate to enjoy plenty of water throughout the evening.
