Approximately one hour from the venue.
Offers service from most major airlines.
Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (SRQ)
Approximately one hour from the venue.
A good option for many domestic flights.
Tampa International Airport (TPA)
Approximately two hours away.
Recommended only if airfare or flight schedules are significantly better.

We recommend staying in Punta Gorda, Englewood, or Port Charlotte, depending on your preferences.
Punta Gorda
Closest to the venue and offers a walkable downtown with restaurants and waterfront parks.
Port Charlotte
A wide variety of hotels, restaurants, and shopping within a short drive.
Englewood
A quieter option closer to the Gulf beaches.
Booking
Please book your accommodations as early as possible, especially if you're traveling from out of town, as October is a popular season in Southwest Florida.
Transportation
A personal vehicle or rental car is recommended for guests staying outside Punta Gorda.
Guests staying nearby may choose to use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft.
If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages, we strongly encourage using a designated driver or rideshare service.
Parking
Free parking will be available at the venue.
Please follow any parking attendants or venue signage upon arrival.

October in Southwest Florida is typically warm and pleasant.
Typical conditions:
Daytime: upper 70s to mid-80s °F (around 26–30 °C)
Evening: low to mid-70s °F (around 21–24 °C)
We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing and bringing a light wrap or jacket if you tend to get cool indoors.
